Proposal #1: Fun Hub Proposal reached consensus (35:00)

Proposal #2: Anti-War proposal tabled due to large number of stand asides.

Proposal #3: Occupy the Roads proposal failed to pass modified consensus with 45 yays and 7 nays

Proposal #4: An Accountability Proposal To Hold OWS Members to OWS Standards of Conduct tabled after 9 blocks made it clear it wouldn't pass modified consensus.
